Cousins Properties announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.0725 per common share for the first quarter of 2019, representing an 11.5% increase over the prior quarter's common dividend. The first quarter dividend will be payable on April 15, 2019, to common shareholders of record on April 3, 2019. The $0.0725 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.29 per share on an annualized basis.
Torchmark announced that its Board of Directors has raised the quarterly dividend to $.1725 per share on all of the outstanding common stock of the Company held of record as of the close of business of the Company's transfer agent on April 5, 2019. The dividend will be paid on May 1, 2019.
The Board of Directors for Lowe's Companies has declared a quarterly cash dividend of forty-eight cents ($0.48) per share, payable May 8, 2019, to shareholders of record as of April 24, 2019.
Vistra Energy today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share of Vistra's common stock, or $0.50 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2019, to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2019. The ex-dividend date will be March 14, 2019.
Quanta Services, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable Apr. 19, 2019, to stockholders of record on Apr. 5, 2019.
