SpartanNash today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to its quarterly cash dividend from $0.18 to $0.19 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2019. As of February 25, 2019, there were 35,952,014 common shares outstanding.
CenturyLink today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable March 22, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2019.
WesBanco, a diversified, multi-state bank holding company announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 6.9% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.31 per common share from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share. The higher dividend rate will be payable on April 1, 2019 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2019. This is the twelfth increase in the quarterly dividend since 2010, and represents a cumulative increase of 121% over that period.
National Oilwell Varco today announced that its Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock, payable on March 29, 2019 to each stockholder of record on March 15, 2019.
GOLDCORP is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors declared a first quarterly dividend for 2019 of $0.02 per share. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on Thursday, March 14, 2019 will be entitled to receive payment on Friday, March 22, 2019.
