The Board of Directors for Ingersoll-Rand, a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 cents per ordinary share, payable June 28, 2019, to shareholders of record on June 7, 2019. Ingersoll Rand has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends on its common shares since 1919 and annual dividends since 1910.

Solar Senior Capital declared a distribution of $0.1175 per share for the month of April 2019. The distribution is payable on May 1, 2019 to stockholders of record as of April 18, 2019. The specific tax characteristics of the distribution will be reported to stockholders on Form 1099 after the end of the calendar year.

H.B. Fuller announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on May 2, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 18, 2019.
