Parker Hannifin (NYSE:PH) has increased the company's regular quarterly cash dividend to 88 cents per share of common stock to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2019. The dividend is payable June 7, 2019. This represents a 16% increase over the previous quarterly cash dividend of 76 cents per common share.
Cabot has approved a 29 percent increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.09 per share on the Company's common stock, resulting in the fourth dividend increase in the last two years. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2019 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2019.
Agree Realty (NYSE:ADC) has authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.570 per common share. This is the Company's 101st consecutive cash dividend and represents a 2.7% increase over the Company's previous quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable July 12, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 28, 2019.
Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.77 per share of common stock, payable May 20, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2019.
Aflac declared the second quarter dividend of $0.27 per share, payable on June 3, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 22, 2019.
