Bank OZK (NASDAQ:OZK) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per common share payable April 22, 2019 to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2019. The dividend of $0.23 per common share represents an increase of $0.01 per common share, or 4.55%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter.
American Financial Group (NYSE:AFG) announced that it has declared a regular dividend of $0.40 per share of American Financial Group Common Stock. The dividend is payable on April 25, 2019 to holders of record at the close of business on April 15, 2019.
Lindsay Corporation (NYSE:LNN) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share, payable May 31, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2019.
