Travelers declared a quarterly dividend of $0.82 per share, an increase of 6.5%. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2019.
Rogers Communications declared a quarterly dividend totaling 50 cents per share on each of its outstanding Class B Non-Voting shares and Class A Voting shares. The declared quarterly dividend will be paid on July 2, 2019 to shareholders of record on June 10, 2019.
Celanese Corporation (NYSE:CE) has approved a 15 percent increase in the company's quarterly common stock cash dividend. The dividend increased from $0.54 to $0.62 per share of common stock on a quarterly basis and from $2.16 to $2.48 per share of common stock on an annual basis. The company also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share on its common stock, payable on May 9, 2019 to stockholders of record as of April 29, 2019.
Western Midstream Partners (NYSE:WES) declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.610 per unit for the first quarter of 2019. This distribution represents a 1.2-percent increase over the prior quarter's distribution and a 7.3-percent increase over the distribution for the first quarter of 2018. WES's first quarter 2019 distribution is payable on May 14, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 1, 2019.
Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) announced it has raised its regular quarterly cash distribution on its common shares by $0.01 to $0.54 per common share ($2.16 per share per year). This distribution will be paid to HPT's common shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 29, 2019 and distributed on or about May 16, 2019.
Citigroup declared a quarterly dividend on Citigroup's common stock of $0.45 per share, payable on May 24, 2019 to stockholders of record on May 6, 2019.
