Allstate Preferred(ALL.PRA) is the component faring the best Monday, higher by about 0.8% on the day, while AT&T Global Notes Due 2067 (NYSE:TBC) is lagging other components of the SPDR Wells Fargo Preferred Stock ETF, trading lower by about 1%.
