Cerner (CERN) has declared a cash dividend to stockholders of $0.18 per issued and outstanding share. This reflects a $0.03, or 20%, increase compared to the $0.15 preliminary estimate provided on February 5, 2019, when the Company announced its intent to initiate a dividend. The cash dividend will be payable on July 26, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 18, 2019.
SEI Investments Company (NASDAQ:SEIC) declared a regular semi-annual dividend of $0.33 (thirty-three cents) per share. The cash dividend will be payable to shareholders of record on June 12, 2019, with a payment date of June 20, 2019.
Flushing Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:FFIC) declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.21 per common share, payable on June 28, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2019.
