The Board of Directors of Tyson Foods, at a meeting on May 9, 2019, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share on Class A common stock and $0.3375 per share on Class B common stock, payable on September 13, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2019.

Nutrien announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.43 per share payable July 18, 2019 to shareholders of record on June 28, 2019.
