The Board of Directors of Verizon Communications today declared a quarterly dividend of 60.25 cents per outstanding share, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on August 1, 2019, to Verizon shareowners of record at the close of business on July 10, 2019. Verizon has approximately 4.1 billion shares of common stock outstanding. The company made $9.8 billion in cash dividend payments in 2018.

Cisco announced that earlier today its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per common share to be paid on July 24, 2019 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 5, 2019.

Simmons Bank, as Trustee of the Sabine Royalty Trust, today declared a cash distribution to the holders of its units of beneficial interest of $0.359050 per unit, payable on June 28, 2019, to unit holders of record on June 17, 2019.

The Board of Directors of Rockwell Automation, today declared a quarterly dividend of 97 cents per share on its common stock, payable Sept. 10, 2019 to shareowners of record at the close of business on Aug. 12, 2019.

The board of directors of Nucor declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on Nucor's common stock. This cash dividend is payable on August 9, 2019 to stockholders of record on June 28, 2019, and is Nucor's 185th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
