The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 cents per share for the quarter ending June 30, 2019. The declaration represents a $0.04 per share increase over the most recent quarterly dividend rate. The dividend will be paid July 12, 2019 to shareholders of record on July 1, 2019.

The cash dividend is payable August 15, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2019. UDR, a leading multifamily real estate investment trust, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock for the second quarter of 2019 in the amount of $0.3425 per share, payable in cash, on July 31, 2019 to UDR common stock shareholders of record as of July 10, 2019. The July 31st dividend will be the 187th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company on its common stock.
