The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7459 per share on the Common Stock and on the Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, payable on or after August 15, 2019, to Common Stock shareholders of record at the close of business on July 19, 2019, and to Series A and Series B ESOP Convertible Class A Preferred Stock shareholders of record at the start of business on July 19, 2019.
Enterprise Products Partners (NYSE:EPD) declared an increase in the quarterly cash distribution paid to limited partners with respect to the second quarter of 2019 to $0.44 per common unit, or $1.76 per unit on an annualized basis. The quarterly distribution will be paid Tuesday, August 13, 2019, to unitholders of record as of the close of business Wednesday, July 31, 2019.
