The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of $1.6 billion at September 30, 2019, today announced that it has approved a 6.7% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. The new cash dividend has been raised to $0.16 per share from the previous dividend of $0.15 and represents the 25th consecutive annual increase in the Company's regular dividend payment since 1994. The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on January 20, 2020, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2019.

Williams-Sonoma announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 28, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 24, 2020. MVC Capital, a publicly traded business development company that makes private debt and equity investments, announced today that its board of directors declared the first quarter dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend is payable on January 10, 2020 to shareholders of record on January 3, 2020. The distribution represents the fifty-ninth consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since implementing a dividend policy in July of 2005. The cumulative dividends issued under current management total approximately $8.08 per share.
