Amgen today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $1.60 per share dividend for the fourth quarter of 2020. The dividend will be paid on December 8, 2020, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2020.
Bank of America today announced the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Bank of America common stock of $0.18 per share, payable on December 24, 2020 to shareholders of record as of December 4, 2020.
Armstrong World Industries, a leader in the design, innovation and manufacture of commercial and residential ceiling, wall and suspension system solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company's regular quarterly cash dividend to a rate of $0.21 per share of common stock ($0.84 per share on an annualized basis). This represents an increase of 5% over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.20 per share. The company's Board of Directors also declared the cash dividend for the third quarter of 2020 to be payable on November 19, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 5, 2020.
Rogers Communications announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend totaling 50 cents per share on each of its outstanding Class B Non-Voting shares and Class A Voting shares. The declared quarterly dividend will be paid on January 4, 2021 to shareholders of record on December 10, 2020. Such quarterly dividends are only payable as and when declared by Rogers' Board and there is no entitlement to any dividend prior thereto.
The Board of Directors of The Sherwin-Williams today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $1.34 per common share payable on December 4, 2020, to shareholders of record on November 13, 2020.
