The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ex China ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 584,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 134,000. Shares of EMXC were off about 0.6% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Southern Copper, trading off about 2.3% with over 602,000 shares changing hands so far this session, and Mobile Telesystems, up about 0.2% on volume of over 433,000 shares. Credicorp is the component faring the best Friday, higher by about 1.9% on the day.
