The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.14 per share. The dividend is payable on October 4, 2021, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2021. This represents the 49th consecutive year that Kimberly-Clark has increased its dividend and the 87th straight year that the company has paid a dividend to shareholders.

ViacomCBS today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on both its Class A and Class B Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on October 1, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2021.

Loews announced today the declaration of the Company's quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share of Common Stock, payable August 31, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 18, 2021.

Micron Technology today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share of Micron's outstanding Common Stock. The initial quarterly dividend will be payable in cash on October 18, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 1, 2021. The dividend augments the share repurchase plan that Micron announced in May 2018.Through its most recently reported quarterly results, Micron has returned approximately $4 billion in share repurchases and the cash settlement of convertible securities, retiring 90 million shares at an average price of $42.

Main Street Capital is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors declared regular monthly cash dividends of $0.21 per share for each of October, November and December 2021. These monthly dividends, which will be payable pursuant to the table below, total $0.63 per share for the fourth quarter of 2021 and represent a 2.4% increase from the regular monthly dividends declared for the third quarter of 2021 and the fourth quarter of 2020. Since its October 2007 initial public offering, Main Street has periodically increased the amount of its regular monthly dividends paid per share and has never reduced its regular monthly dividend amount per share. Including all dividends declared to date, Main Street will have paid $32.075 per share in cumulative cash dividends since its October 2007 initial public offering at $15.00 per share.
