The SPDR— S&P— Global Infrastructure ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 196,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 27,000. Shares of GII were up about 0.5% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Kinder Morgan, trading up about 1.3% with over 8.0 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Williams Companies, up about 0.9% on volume of over 5.1 million shares. Centrais Electricas Brasileiras is the component faring the best Tuesday, up by about 3.2% on the day, while Gibson Energy is lagging other components of the SPDR— S&P— Global Infrastructure ETF, trading lower by about 1.4%.
