ServisFirst Bancshares, the holding company for ServisFirst Bank, today announces: At a meeting held on March 21, 2022, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share, payable on April 8, 2022, to stockholders of record as of April 1, 2022.

New Residential Investment announced today that its Board of Directors has declared first quarter 2022 common and preferred stock dividends.
