Realty Income, The Monthly Dividend Company—, today announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2640 per share from $0.2635 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of January 2, 2025. This is the 128th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.168 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $3.162 per share. "Throughout our 55-year history, Realty Income has declared 654 consecutive monthly dividends," said Sumit Roy, Realty Income's President and Chief Executive Officer. "Today's declaration represents the 109th consecutive quarter that we have declared a dividend increase since our 1994 NYSE listing, demonstrating our commitment to providing stockholders a dependable monthly dividend that increases over time."
Amgen today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $2.38 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2025. The dividend will be paid on March 7, 2025, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2025.
The Board of Directors of Caterpillar voted today to maintain the quarterly dividend of one dollar and forty-one cents per share of common stock, payable Feb. 20, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 21, 2025. Caterpillar has paid a cash dividend every year since the company was formed and has paid a quarterly dividend since 1933. Caterpillar has paid higher annual dividends to shareholders for 31 consecutive years and is recognized as a member of the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index.
Mid-America Apartment Communities, today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend payment of $1.515 per share of common stock to be paid on January 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on January 15, 2025. The increase will raise the annualized dividend payment 3.1% to $6.06 per share of common stock and represents the 15th consecutive year MAA has increased its dividend to shareholders.
Orchid Island Capital announced today that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a monthly cash dividend for the month of December 2024. The dividend of $0.12 per share will be paid January 30, 2025 to holders of record of the Company's common stock on December 31, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2024. The Company plans on announcing its next common stock dividend on January 8, 2025.
