PACCAR's Board of Directors today approved an increase of 10% in the regular quarterly cash dividend from thirty cents per share to thirty-three cents per share. The dividend will be payable on March 5, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2025.
Today, the board of directors of Eli Lilly approved a new $15 billion share repurchase program. The company's prior $5 billion share repurchase program was completed in the fourth quarter of 2024. Additionally, for the seventh consecutive year, the board has announced a 15% increase in its quarterly dividend and declared a dividend for the first quarter of 2025 of $1.50 per share. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 14, 2025.
Stryker announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.84 per share payable January 31, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2024, representing an increase of 5.0% versus the prior year and previous quarter.
Benchmark Electronics today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on January 14, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2024.
The TJX Companies today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $.375 per share payable March 6, 2025, to shareholders of record on February 13, 2025.
