Commerce Bancshares announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share on the Company's common stock, which compares to the prior dividend of $0.257 as adjusted for the 5% stock dividend that was paid on December 18, 2024. This represents an increase in the quarterly dividend per share of 7% and marks the 57th consecutive year that the Company has increased its regular cash dividend per share. The dividend is payable on March 25, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2025.

The Kroger' Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share to be paid on March 1, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2025. The company's quarterly dividend has grown at a 13.5% compounded annual growth rate since it was reinstated in 2006.

Entergy's board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend payment of $0.60 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 3, 2025, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 10, 2025. Entergy has paid shareholders a cash dividend on its common stock continuously since 1988.

Standard Motor Products, a leading automotive parts manufacturer and distributor, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in its quarterly common stock dividend from twenty-nine cents per share to thirty-one cents per share, payable on March 3, 2025, to shareholders of record on February 14, 2025.
