In early trading on Friday, shares of Invesco topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 6.7%. Year to date, Invesco registers a 5.4% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Ansys, trading down 4.7%. Ansys is showing a gain of 11.0% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Elevance Health, trading down 4.6%, and Regions Financial, trading up 4.8% on the day.
