In trading on Wednesday, real estate shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.1%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Opendoor Technologies, down about 24.8% and shares of Offerpad Solutions down about 23.5% on the day.
Also lagging the market Wednesday are education & training services shares, down on the day by about 1% as a group, led down by Chegg, trading lower by about 5.6% and ATA Creativity Global, trading lower by about 1.9%.
