Starbucks today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.62 per share of outstanding Common Stock. The dividend will be payable in cash on February 27, 2026, to shareholders of record on February 13, 2026.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.72 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2025, representing a 45% reduction from the dividend declared for the third quarter of 2025. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2026 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2025.

DiamondRock Hospitality announced that its Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.12 per common share, which includes the Company's regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per common share, along with a stub dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 14, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2025. The fourth quarter dividend, together with the regular dividends declared for the first three quarters of 2025, total $0.36 per share, a 12.5% increase over 2024. DiamondRock expects to declare regular quarterly dividends of $0.09 per common share in 2026 and, depending on its 2026 operating income, a stub dividend in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Enbridge announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.9700 per common share, payable on March 1, 2026 to shareholders of record on February 17, 2026. The declared dividend represents a 3% increase from the prior quarterly rate and the 31st consecutive year in which the Company has increased its common share dividend.
