In trading on Wednesday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Primeenergy Resources, off about 10.9% and shares of Venture Global off about 5.8% on the day.
Also lagging the market Wednesday are oil & gas refining & marketing shares, down on the day by about 1.5% as a group, led down by CVI Energy, trading lower by about 3.9% and Equinor, trading lower by about 3.8%.
