Equinox Gold is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a 50% increase to the Company's cash dividend, which will amount to US$0.09 per common share on an annualized basis. The Board of Directors has also approved the Company's quarterly dividend for the second quarter of 2026. The quarterly cash dividend of US$0.0225 per common share is payable on September 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as at the close of business on August 19, 2026.

Xerox Holdings announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share on Xerox Holdings Corporation Common Stock. The dividend is payable on October 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2026.

ADM's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 52.0 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on Sept. 9, 2026, to shareholders of record on Aug. 19, 2026. This is ADM's 379th consecutive quarterly payment, representing 53 years of consecutive years of dividend growth, and a record of more than 94 consecutive years of uninterrupted dividends. As of June 30, 2026, there were 481,958,842 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.

Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings announced that its board of directors has declared the Company's quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock. The Company's dividend is payable to stockholders of record on September 4, 2026, and is expected to be paid on September 21, 2026.
