The quarterly dividend is payable on October 9, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2026. The new annualized dividend rate is $4.44 per share, representing a dividend yield of 6.4% based on our closing stock price of $69.12 on August 26, 2026. Today's dividend increase is consistent with our progressive dividend goal that targets mid-single digits dividend per share growth annually through 2028. This increase marks the 61st dividend increase in the past 57 years.
The Board of Directors of Capital City Bank Group declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.27 per share. The dividend produces an annualized rate of $1.08 per common share and is payable on September 22, 2026, to shareowners of record as of September 8, 2026. The annualized dividend yield is 2.11% based on a closing stock price of $51.08 on August 26, 2026.
Lam Research announced that its Board of Directors has approved a $0.07, or 27%, increase in its quarterly dividend, from $0.26 to $0.33 per share of common stock. The dividend payment will be made on October 14, 2026, to holders of record on September 23, 2026. Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
Quanex Building Products announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company's common stock, payable September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 15, 2026.
Flowserve, a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on October 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 25, 2026.
