Realty Income, The Monthly Dividend Company—, declared an increase in its common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2715 per share from $0.2710 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2026. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $3.258 per share as compared to the prior annualized dividend amount of $3.252 per share. "Today's announcement marks the 136th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the New York Stock Exchange in 1994," said Sumit Roy, Realty Income's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Sun Communities, a real estate investment trust that owns and operates, or has an interest in, manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly distribution of $1.12 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2026. The distribution is payable on October 15, 2026 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2026.
Benchmark Electronics announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on October 13, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026.
The board of directors of Johnson Controls International, a global leader in thermal management, mission-critical building systems, energy efficiency and decarbonization, has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share of common stock, payable on Oct. 16, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 21, 2026. Johnson Controls has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887.
The Board of Directors of U.S. Bancorp has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.54 per common share, payable October 15, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026. This is a dividend increase of 3.8 percent over the previous quarterly dividend per common share. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $2.16 per common share.
