S&P 500 Movers: ATI, CBG (3/31, 1:44 PM ET) -- In early trading on Tuesday, shares of CBRE Group (CBG) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 6.8%. Year to date, CBRE Group registers a 13.6% gain.

And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Allegheny Technologies (ATI), trading down 3.1%. Allegheny Technologies is lower by about 14.1% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Lam Research (LRCX), trading down 2.5%, and Johnson Controls (JCI), trading up 1.9% on the day.
