Wednesday's ETF Movers: XLU, XOP (6/5, 2:53 PM ET) -- In trading on Wednesday, the The Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund ETF (XLU) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Entergy (ETR), up about 3.2% and shares of Firstenergy Corp (FE), up about 3.1% on the day.

And underperforming other ETFs today is the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF (XOP), off about 3.6% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of California Resources (CRC), lower by about 10.4%, and shares of Oasis Petroleum (OAS), lower by about 8.9% on the day.
