Aflac (NYSE:AFL) declared the third quarter cash dividend. The third quarter dividend of $.37 per share is payable on September 2, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2014.

Ameriprise Financial (NYSE:AMP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.58 per common share payable on August 22, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2014.

Southwest Airlines' (NYSE:LUV) Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.06 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 21, 2014 on all shares then issued and outstanding. The 152nd consecutive dividend will be paid on September 12, 2014.

St. Jude Medical (STJ) declared a third quarter dividend of $0.27 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first and second quarters of 2014 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.81 per share. The dividend is payable October 31, 2014, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2014.

W.W. Grainger (NYSE:GWW) declared a cash dividend of $1.08 per share payable on September 1, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 11, 2014.

Kimco declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share, payable on October 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on October 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 1, 2014. This dividend represents a 7.1% increase over the previous dividend paid for the comparable period in 2013.

CONSOL Energy (NYSE:CNX) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share, payable on September 2, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 15, 2014.

Leucadia National Corporation (LUK) declared a quarterly cash dividend equal to $0.0625 per Leucadia common share payable on September 26, 2014 to record holders of Leucadia common shares on September 15, 2014.

Church & Dwight (NYSE:CHD) reported that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of thirty one cents ($0.31) per share. This quarterly dividend will be payable September 2, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 12, 2014. It is the Company's 454th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.

American Water Works Company (NYSE:AWK) declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.31 per share, payable on Sept. 2, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of August 11, 2014.

Gannett (NYSE:GCI) declared a dividend of 20 cents per share, payable on October 1, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 5, 2014.

And, Enbridge (NYSE:ENB) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per common share, payable on September 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on August 15, 2014. The amount of the dividend is consistent with the June 1, 2014 dividend.
