Notable Tuesday Option Activity: PVH, AXP, RXT

Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in PVH Corp (NYSE:PVH), where a total of 10,188 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 1.0 million underlying shares. That amounts to about 121.3% of PVH's average daily trading volume over the past month of 840,055 shares. Especially high volume was seen for the $100 strike call option expiring February 19, 2021, with 1,516 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 151,600 underlying shares of PVH. American Express Co. (NYSE:AXP) saw options trading volume of 42,488 contracts, representing approximately 4.2 million underlying shares or approximately 119.8% of AXP's average daily trading volume over the past month, of 3.5 million shares.
Especially high volume was seen for the $126 strike call option expiring January 29, 2021, with 4,773 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 477,300 underlying shares of AXP. Particularly high volume was seen for the $30 strike call option expiring February 19, 2021, with 2,321 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 232,100 underlying shares of RXT.
