Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in Blackstone Inc (NYSE:BX), where a total of 22,016 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 2.2 million underlying shares. That amounts to about 75.8% of BX's average daily trading volume over the past month of 2.9 million shares. Especially high volume was seen for the $110 strike put option expiring October 15, 2021, with 1,440 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 144,000 underlying shares of BX. Particularly high volume was seen for the $320 strike put option expiring October 15, 2021, with 424 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 42,400 underlying shares of LAD.
