Shares are higher by about a quarter of a percent.
In other dividend news, FirstEnergy Corporation (NYSE:FE) maintained its quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share. Roper Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ROP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13.75 cents per share. Safeway Incorporated (NYSE:SWY) maintained its quarterly dividend of 14.5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, UDR Incorporated (NYSE:UDR) announced its quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in January of 21.5 cents.
