After the bell on Wednesday, Clarcor (NYSE:CLC) declared its quarterly dividend of 13.5 cents per share, an increase of about 12.5% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 1.2% going forward.
Shares of Clarcor were flat this morning, trading just north of $44 per share.
In other dividend news, OGE Energy (NYSE:OGE) maintained its quarterly dividend of 39.25 cents per share. WGL Holdings (NYSE:WGL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share. HB Fuller (NYSE:FUL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8.5 cents per share. And Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share.
