The dividend is payable on March 5, 2013, to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2013. The company also declared an extra cash dividend in the amount of eighty cents ($.80) per share, payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2012.
Shares are higher by about three quarters of a percent.
