This morning, Time Warner Cable (TWC) declared its quarterly dividend of 65 cents per share, an increase of about 16% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 2.8% going forward.
Shares of TWC were sharply lower this morning, falling 9.2% as the company miss analyst estimates.
In other dividend news, Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 57 cents per share. Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.B) maintained its quarterly dividend of 86 cents per share. Chevron (NYSE:CVX) maintained its quarterly dividend of 90 cents per share. And McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) maintained its quarterly dividend of 77 cents per share.
