Semtech (NASDAQ:SMTC) had its numbers increased by Lazard Capital (NYSE:LAZ) as the company should benefit from the design will pipeline. A buy rating was issued with a price target of $39.
Shares are higher by about 2.3 percent.
Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE:BMY) had its price target increased by Jefferies (JEF), as the company is expected to enter a period of sustained growth starting in 2013. A $41 pirce target was issued.
Shares are lower by about nine tenths of a percent.
