Fastenal Company (NASDAQ:FAST) announced its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share, an increase of about 100% over its prior dividend in January of 10 cents. The dividend will be paid on May 30, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 2, 2013.
Shares are lower by about four percent.
Adtran Incorporated (NASDAQ:ADTN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share. Gladstone Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:GLAD) maintained its monthly dividend of 7 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Bank of New York Mellon (NYSE:BK) announced its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share, an increase of about 15% over its prior dividend in January of 13 cents. Idex Corporation (NYSE:IEX) announced its quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share, an increase of about 15% over its prior dividend in January of 20 cents.
