This morning, Darden Restaurants (NYSE:DRI) declared its quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders the prior quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 4.3% going forward. Shares of Darden were lower on Thursday, falling 4.4% so far.
In other dividend news, Newcastle Investment Corporation (NYSE:NCT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share. And PG&E (NYSE:PCG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 45.5 cents per share.
Among dividend reductions, American Capital Mortgage Investment (NASDAQ:MTGE) announced its quarterly dividend of 65 cents per share, a decrease of about 7% from its prior dividend.
