The US markets are lower this Monday as investors worry about global economic conditions after seeing slowing in China's exports.
Good afternoon, this is Kristin Bianco with the Week Ahead Market Report for March 10, 2014.
In overseas trading, Japan's Nikkei 225 Stock Average was lower by 1.01% and the Hang Seng was lower by 1.75%. In Europe on Monday, the FTSE 100 was also lower by 0.35% and the German DAX was off by 0.91% today.
In economic news, Wholesale Inventories is released on Tuesday, Initial Claims and Retail Sales on Thursday, and PPI on Friday.
In earnings news this week, American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE:AEO) releases Tuesday, General Moly (GMO) on Wednesday, Dollar General Corp (NYSE:DG) on Thursday, and ANN Inc (ANN) on Friday.
