Extra Space Storage (NYSE:EXR) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share on the common stock of the Company for the third quarter 2014. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2014.

American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE:AEO) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, marking the company's 41st consecutive quarterly dividend. The $0.125 dividend was declared on September 2, 2014 and is payable on October 15, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2014.

Hill-Rom Holdings (HRC) announced today that its Board of Directors have declared a fiscal year 2014 fourth quarter dividend of $0.1525 per share. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 16, 2014. This quarterly dividend represents an 11 percent increase over the amount paid a year ago and the same amount paid in the fiscal year 2014 third quarter. The annualized dividend rate per share stands at $0.61.

Vector Group (NYSE:VGR) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.40 per share. Additionally, the Company declared its regular annual stock dividend of 5% for the 16th consecutive year. Both the quarterly cash and the annual stock dividends are payable on September 26, 2014 to holders of record as of September 15, 2014.

Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) declared a regular third quarter cash dividend of $0.20 per common share, resulting in an indicated annual rate of $0.80 per share, an increase of $0.05 per share over the prior annual rate. The dividends, for the period July 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014, are payable on October 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 19, 2014.
