St. Jude Medical (STJ) declared a 7 percent increase in the company's quarterly dividend to $0.29 per common share. The dividend is payable April 30, 2015, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2015. At the new rate, the annual dividend would be $1.16 per share, compared to the previous annual dividend of $1.08 per share.

DICK'S Sporting Goods (NYSE:DKS) authorized and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1375 per share on the Company's Common Stock and Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable in cash on March 31, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 13, 2015. This dividend represents a 10 percent increase over the Company's previous quarterly per share amount and is equivalent to an annualized rate of $0.55 per share.

Kellogg Company (NYSE:K) declared a dividend of $0.49 per share on the common stock of the Company. The dividend is payable on March 18, 2015 to shareowners of record at the close of business on March 6, 2015. The ex-dividend date is March 4, 2015. This is the 361st dividend that Kellogg Company has paid to owners of common stock since 1925.

Westlake Chemical Corporation (NYSE:WLK) declared on Friday, February 20, 2015, a dividend of $0.1650 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2015.

Towers Watson & Co. (NASDAQ:TW) approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. The dividend is payable on or about April 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2015.

And, Extra Space Storage (NYSE:EXR) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share on the common stock of the Company for the first quarter 2015. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 16, 2015.
