Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) has declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2015 of $0.50 per share on outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable September 10, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2015.

Roper Technologies (NASDAQ:ROP) has approved a dividend of $0.25 per share payable on July 24, 2015 to stockholders of record on July 10, 2015.

Signet Jewelers (NYSE:SIG) has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per Signet Common Share payable on August 27, 2015 to record holders of Signet Common Shares on July 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2015.

Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.70 per share to holders of record as of June 30, 2015 of its Common Shares of Beneficial Interest. The dividend is to be paid on July 17, 2015.

BioMed Realty Trust (NASDAQ:BMR) has declared a second quarter 2015 dividend of $0.26 per share of common stock. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.04 per common share. The common stock dividend is payable on July 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.

BankUnited (NYSE:BKU) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per common share. The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2015.

Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP) declared a regular common share/unit dividend/distribution for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 of $0.17 per common share/unit payable on or about July 15, 2015 to common shareholders/unitholders of record as of June 30, 2015.
