This morning, Best Buy (NYSE:BBY) declared its quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders the previous quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 2.75% going forward.
In other dividend news, Centurylink (CTL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 54 cents per share. Globe Specialty Metals (NASDAQ:GSM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share. Raven Industries (RAVN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share. And Flushing Financial (NASDAQ:FFIC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Royal Bank of Canada (NYSE:RY) announced its quarterly dividend of 79 cents per share, an increase of about 3% over its prior dividend. Solera Holdings (SLH) announced its quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per share, an increase of about 15%. And Ship Finance International (NYSE:SFL) announced its quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend.
