Valero Energy Partners (VLP) has approved the Partnership's fourth quarter 2015 cash distribution of $0.32 per unit. This distribution represents a 4 percent increase over the Partnership's previous quarterly distribution. The distribution is payable on February 11, 2016 to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2016.

The IBM (NYSE:IBM) board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.30 per common share, payable March 10, 2016 to stockholders of record February 10, 2016.

DuPont approved a first-quarter dividend of 38 cents per share, the 446th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904. The first-quarter dividend of 38 cents per share of common stock is payable on March 14, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 12, 2016. Regular quarterly dividends of $1.125 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and $0.875 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable on April 25, 2016, to stockholders of record as of April 8, 2016.

BD (NYSE:BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 66 cents per common share, payable on March 31, 2016 to holders of record on March 10, 2016. The indicated annual dividend rate is $2.64 per share.

American Electric Power (NASDAQ:AEP) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 56 cents a share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable March 10, 2016, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 10, 2016, and is the company's 423rd consecutive quarterly common stock cash dividend.

Exelon Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share on Exelon's common stock. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2016, to shareholders of record of Exelon as of 5 p.m. New York Time on Feb. 12, 2016.

Wabtec Corporation (NYSE:WAB) declared its regular quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share, payable on Feb. 26, 2016 to holders of record on Feb. 12, 2016.

Crane announced its regular quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend is payable on March 10, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 29, 2016.
