PNC's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the common stock of 51 cents per share. The dividend is payable on Feb. 5, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 19, 2016.
Constellation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share of Class A Common Stock and $0.28 per share of Class B Common Stock, payable on February 24, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2016.
Signet declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share for the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2016, payable on February 26, 2016 to shareholders of record on January 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 28, 2016.
Western Refining (WNR) approved a $0.38 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid on February 4, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of market on January 20, 2016.
