The new annualized dividend rate of $1.92 per share represents an increase of 8 percent over the annual dividend of $1.78 paid in fiscal 2016.
Worthington Industries (NYSE:WOR) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, an increase of $0.01 per share from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on September 29, 2016, to shareholders of record September 15, 2016.
McCormick & Company (NYSE:MKC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share on its common stocks payable July 25, 2016, to shareholders of record on July 11, 2016.
The New York Times Company declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.04 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 13, 2016.
Werner Enterprises (NASDAQ:WERN) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.060 per common share payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 8, 2016. This dividend will be paid on July 19, 2016.
