American Express Company (NYSE:AXP) approved a $0.03 - or 10 percent - increase in the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend was raised to $0.32 per common share, from $0.29, payable on November 10, 2016 to shareholders of record on October 7, 2016.
SYNNEX has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. The dividend will be payable on October 28, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 14, 2016.
CLARCOR (CLC) has resolved to increase the company's regular quarterly dividend by 14%, from $0.22 per share of common stock to $0.25 per share of common stock. The Board further resolved to pay the new $0.25 per share dividend on Friday, November 4, 2016 to shareholders of record on Monday, October 17, 2016.
MasterCard (NYSE:MA) has declared a quarterly cash dividend to holders of shares of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The cash dividend of 19 cents per share will be paid on November 9, 2016 to holders of record of its Class A common stock and Class B common stock as of October 10, 2016.
Hormel Foods (NYSE:HRL) announced that its quarterly dividend on the common stock, authorized by the Board of Directors at fourteen and a half cents a share on September 26, 2016, will be paid November 15, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 24, 2016.
