Franklin Resources announced a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.18 per share payable on October 14, 2016 to stockholders of record holding shares of common stock at the close of business on September 30, 2016. The quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share is equivalent to the dividend paid for the prior quarter and represents a 20% increase over the quarterly dividend paid for the same quarter last year.

Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular third quarter cash dividend of $0.22 per common share, resulting in an indicated annual rate of $0.88 per share, an increase of $0.04 per share over the prior annual rate. The dividends, for the period July 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016, are payable on October 1, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 20, 2016. "This is the fifth consecutive year our Board of Trustees has approved an increase in the common share dividend, which reflects the Board's and Management's continued positive outlook for the Company," said Dennis Gershenson, President and Chief Executive Officer.

At its September meeting, the Board of Directors for Casey's General Stores declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share. The dividend is payable November 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on November 1, 2016.

Care Capital Properties announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, payable in cash on September 30, 2016 to stockholders of record on September 16, 2016. CCP intends to elect and qualify to be taxed as a real estate investment trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes.

The Board of Directors of Valmont Industries has declared a quarterly dividend of 37.5 cents per share payable on October 14, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2016. The dividend indicates an annual rate of $1.50 per share.
